As you may recall, members of the ALEX AND ANI team had the opportunity to attend the Global Conversation on the Power of Educating Adolescent Girls hosted by Glamour Magazine as part of the Let Girls Learn initiative this past September. First Lady Michelle Obama and a panel of speakers addressed a full audience about this government-wide initiative to help adolescent girls worldwide gain access to education. Our team left the event feeling inspired to amplify the message and reach of this amazing cause.

Recently, First Lady Michelle Obama called upon organizations around the country to support adolescent girls’ education at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington, D.C. She urged the audience to help end the global education crisis and provide the more than 62 million girls worldwide who are out of school with the education they deserve. She also called attention to companies who are trailblazers for the cause and supporting the Let Girls Learn initiative, one of which being ALEX AND ANI.
We are thrilled to announce that ALEX AND ANI will partner through design with the Let Girls Learn initiative in spring 2016! We are honored to join forces with this amazing cause to help end the global education crisis facing adolescent girls.
